BestLoads AI ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information We Collect
Driver Information: name, email, phone number, MC/DOT number (used to verify driver identity).
Driver Preferences: equipment type, lanes, rates, and other details (used to match and book loads).
SMS & Voice Data: calls and text messages with our AI agent "Harper" are recorded, transcribed, and stored for up to 24 months.
Payment Information: processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Technical Information: IP address, device, and browser details collected for analytics and security.
How We Use Information
- To onboard drivers, match them with loads, and book loads on their behalf.
- To communicate via phone, SMS, or email.
- To process payments for subscription tiers.
- To improve Harper, ensure service quality, and detect fraud or security issues.
Who We Share Information With
We only share data with trusted service providers. We do not sell your data. Your data is never used by third parties to train their models.
We rely on trusted third-party cloud and AI providers compliant with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws to process driver information solely on our behalf.
Consent & Opt-Out
By using BestLoads AI, you consent to SMS/call recording and transcription.
Consent
We text only if you agree during your onboarding call. After that, you'll get:
- Real-time messages when you ask us to find loads
- Message frequency varies
We only send messages about load information for drivers, not marketing.
BestLoads AI charges no fees for text messages, but message & data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP, END, or QUIT. You will receive one final confirmation, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-activate.
To re-activate, reply START to the same number.

Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
